When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, your child's name and age, and your message. If your child joins us, we also hold the records we need to care for them.

How we use your details

We use your details to reply to you, arrange visits and provide childcare. We do not sell your details. We share them only where needed to run the nursery or where the law requires it, for example with local authorities for funded places.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you. Children's records are kept for the period required by early years regulations.
