Questions from parents
The things parents ask us most
What should my child bring?
A named bag with a spare set of clothes, and outdoor things for the garden. We provide lunch, so there is no need to pack food. Tell us about any allergies and we will take care of the rest.
Do you provide meals?
Yes. We cook a fresh lunch on site every day, and the menus change with the seasons. We cater for allergies and special diets.
How do you keep parents updated?
Your child has a named key person who shares how the day went at pick up, and keeps you posted on how they are settling and growing.
What are your staff ratios?
Our ratios are always better than the required minimum, so there is plenty of time and attention for every child. All staff are DBS checked and trained in paediatric first aid.
How do settling in sessions work?
We build up gently, at your child's pace. You can stay as long as you need, and settling in sessions are always free.
Still have a question?
We are always happy to help. Send us a message or give us a ring.
